I have burned my tomorrow
And I stand inside today
At the edge of the future
Where my dreams all fade away

And I face all my sorrows
And the shadows fade away
At the edge of the future
Where what comes no one can say

And you see nothing but darkness
And once you ran away
Now you know you were sleeping
And you dreams will turn to day

I have burned all my sorrows
And I live another day
At the edge of the future
Where tomorrow finds today

And burn my shadows away...
