A politician is up speaking about children first,
that she herself created and endorsed.

It has may flaws and is not really helping the way
it was meant to.

Regular people need to get together and create
their own programs for children - then there will
be enough money to take care of true education.

Bureaucrats will not have their hands and minds
in the coffers and thinking of ways to steal the
money for their own usage.
