Bullying Poem by Concetta Salter

Bullying

torn by a choice that should never be made.
Why must they choose between silence or hate?
Ignore all their insults or choose to fight back?
This is our world that is clearly off track.
Bullies run rampant cause law force decides
Their not a big threat; but they outta think twice.
Cruel words are like weapons; Sharp knives in disguise.
Bullies have murdered; just open your eye’s.
They’ve murdered our spirits, they’ve murdered our hearts.
Each victim they choose they're ripping apart.
How many deaths will it take to change laws?
How many murders before we find cause?
I ask and I ask and I ask everyday.
when will this stop? Oh God, when will this change?
