Brown Sugar Poem by Danielle Mari Nidea

Brown Sugar

Hills of bloody red,
You make them rise.
Like babes, they suck upon your breast,
Yet hunger of wolves is heard.
Scratching the cave -
Oh wonders!
All die in your wondrous wrath,
The sweet taste of fire:
Intoxicating.
