Brown Among The Green Poem by John McCornack

Brown Among The Green

Down on the North Canadian south of Route 66
Sunset memories for the soul is the usual scene
Glorious colors, from deep turquoise to hot pink
A place where there is brown among the green

For this is that special place to unwind and enjoy
The natural beauty provides for my dreamland
Red sunsets and simple trees can be wonderful
I am happy and glad I live nearby in Yukon land
