Indeed. We have a choice in our reaction to every situation. I think that is the basis for cognitive behavioural therapy but................it still hurts, even when it is our 'choice'

I thought about it Jacqui and I guess it depends on where one considers the source of pain to lay. Freedom from desire can be seen as freedom from pain. By the way, my given name is Garnet.
