Bride Of Death Poem by Afzal Shauq

Bride Of Death

Strange the marriage
the cart of the bribe
Taken by the nephews
of Negro and Mongol
along with the Caucasians
The Battle for one bride
Leads them all to the grave
in a global village…
Where the life
can’t be dreamed ever.
