Breakdown Of Matilda Poem by Genesis Bernaldez

Breakdown Of Matilda

You pleasantly welcomed him
Expiated everything and accepted risks
Then you opened your door wide open
Till he got your sacred golden lips

You say life is sweet, funny and gentle
But too cunning for you to handle
Little wisps are in your ignorance
Vicariously, you felt no harm by trance

Your cries are heard through walls
You catch all his fears when he falls
A road will end as time fades
You'll die by the promise you have made

Now you only have few pieces left
What are you going to do next
Do you think it's time for a new beginning
'Cause you'll end up to nothing if you keep on loving him
