This haiku was inspired by my Halloween tablecloth covered with pumpkins and the rest of the seasonal motif.Sometimes people get the same idea but write it in their own unique way.Thank you for the ten.Was yours a prose poem? I've been trying to figure out how to write one.

Lorraine, this is my second try at sending you a note about this lovely Haiku...I wrote something a few years ago (prose) about a pumpkin wanting to be a pie instead of a Jack O Lanten...I hope I can find it to post...10 from me. Dorothy
