'Bottled Up Feelings' Poem by Nick Bell

Everytime I think of you
I feel
Nostalgic - because I miss talking to you
Sad - because not talking for you longer than a day (makes me feel sad)
Happy - because you make me happy
Empty - because without you I feel sad and empty
Everytime I say hi
You say bye
Without saying hi back
And that makes me feel sad all over
All these different emotions inside of me that you bring me
From sadness and tears
To happiness and laughing
I've been trying to think of other things
But when I open up my internet browser
You immediately come to mind
I know you need a break
From everything in your life
But I miss you
One half of me says leave her alone
And the other half says at least say hi
Writing this was hard
Because thinking of you makes me cry
Sometimes I think I am a little too sensitive
I've been trying to keep a smile on my face and stay happy
Like you and I promised
No matter what, I will always be there for you
You will remain as my awesome(st) buddy
no matter what happens with you or me
