Book Of Nowhere Poem by Cecil (cj) Krieger

Book Of Nowhere

By my nightstand
There is John Holton's
'Little Book Of Nowhere'
That he wrote
Years ago

John, who is a friend
Sent me this book
A long time ago
With a picture
Of Richard
On the front cover

The poetry inside
Is brilliant
So much so
That I wonder
How such a tiny book
Could hold
Such incredible poems

Unfortunately
I now understand why
He couldn't sign it
You see
The signature
Would be bigger
Than the book
