Body Needs
Shame on you weak body!
From being worthy to being silly!
Turning little angels to adults!
Shame on you weak body!
From being blessed to being greedy!
Truthful hearts to deceitful hearts!
Shame on you! Shame on you!
Angels are watching as you change
Their voices whispering like a waterfall,
‘That is not right! Not right my friend!
That is not you! Not you my friend.’

a very nice poem, it's true, a body doesn't get satisfied and it is not thankful.
