Words will fail here
but Touch will not;
it moves from surface
to deep within.

Mere sentiment too,
is not enough
when Souls Speak
and the body gives
all its got-
willingly and involuntarily;

you know what I mean.

Only once or twice in all of life
does Fire Ignite;
all the rest is pursuit
of re-occurrences.

that night we
ended Futile Pursuit
were Soul-Stripped
came direct
even after touch ceased;
came to know all
is to understand
touch is first
igniting the Heart's Beat.

What transpires inside Sheer Desire
is Surrender Plus's Exploding Need,
trembling inside Love's Flaming Pyre;
Body Need
Spirits Fire
Red Mouth Breathings
Neck Bitings
Body Seethings;
Flame Burnings,
Trembling Lurches;
Body-Firings
Soul Swayings
saying:
'I love you best.'

Mind, Heart, Body and Spirit
haltingly agree
take us both in
smells, scents, glistening sweats
to where
we both
have never been.

This is what
Life's Goals really promise
after Love even,
after Beautiful Romance,
after courting and sentiments
after every precious word;
all lack meaning
if there is no Body-Captured
deep within
our Trembling Surrender
Insistant Breathings
Tiny Cries
Mouth Breathings
willingly given and received-
and I hear your body say
'I shouldn't,
I can't,
I am not sure; '
and that other voice says
'be that as it may
I do not want to be Body Deft
I to want to join
participate
feel all too
no, I want to give
all
for this is in fact how
love begins
for many and most
not with thoughts and ideas
but with the overwhelming
experience
bodies allow
Offer
and
Receive.
I hold you
and you I
Meaning Sublime
Ultimate
Understanding
Beyond
even
Love's
Dreams.
