Body And Mind Purge
Silence is called Brahmastra* (in formidable) weapon
It is not at all impossible
To practice and preach
It is within everybody’s reach
Observe the silence
And reap the harvest even
Just offer little smile
The anger may vanish from the scene
Quick response to arguments
Offers addition to bad comments
It works as fuel to fire
The relation is pushed to expire
In silence there is self interest too
Wife may serve husband to escape through
The harassment and anger if badly served
So silence is best remedial action observed
It may pay in long run
The others may omit full anger on scene
But may leave it without any response
The scuffle is averted hence
Great people observed silence for the day
It saves energy for the mind and body
It gives enough of time to purge the thoughts
Body and mind freshens up to meet the threats
