Blow Poem by Peter Black

Blow

I saw my love go
Blow... through the wind
To where... I don't know,
Seeing all... love lost and made
Leaves falling... in a soft winter rain

Cold winds do blow
On my skin... in a gust
Thrust... through the sky
The... firmament shakes
breaks...where our bodies once lied.

Through the front door
I see...the flit of a dress;
Heels that tap...out as she left;
and the...wave of a hand
And... a thin smile for end

Cigarette smoke
Through the window...blows;
An old...blues song
and a phone....that wont ring
While the breeze...travels overhead.
