Blind Moment Poem by Andytics mufc

Blind Moment

He had a pretty bad day at work
An argument with the boss
Anger and fury welling inside him
His world is nothing but blue
At home a tiff with wife births a mayhem
He vents all his anger on the innocent wife
Beats her like punching bag
He pays no grain of attention that she's pregnant
Its like he's possessed-his body a house of a thousand demons
Fists on the belly
Slaps on the face
An elbow on the chin
Poor woman!
She is losing blood
She is feeling dizzy
A rib broken
A cut on the forehead
She's dying
'leave mom alone please'
'Dad don't hurt her, 'cries little Danny as he grips his dad's leg
But the monster is in no way stopping
Neighbors hearing noises
But can't do nothing it's none of their business-its a family matter
The noise becomes unbearable
They are scared for her so they storm into house
Found her in a pool of blood but luckily unconscious
They take her to the hospital

Tomorrow comes and he is filled with regrets
'What have I done'
'Oh my dear wife forgive me'
'I don't know what came into me'
A knock on the door
It's the police
'Mr James stupid you under for the murder of your wife who died this morning at the hospital'
Cuffed he tears like a baby as he heads into the police car
