The poverty is going out of control
Blame it on Rio
And the rich is getting richer everyday
Blame it on rio
The drug dealers make money selling drugs to people
And that is a disgrace to Rio
Blame it on Rio
The corruption is what makes people rich in Rio
Blame it on Rio
The poor doesn't have any rights
Blame it on Rio
The poor can't afford to go to school
Blame it on Rio
............education and birth control is the answer to poverty....I salute china for their one child policy....
