Well
Theres this blackbird
that no one knows about.
It stays inside
and only at night
(Those long nights)
after everyone is asleep
do I let it out
No one has ever heard it
and I plan on that no one
will hear it

The blackbird stays inside
But you know what?
The damn thing never dies
Even though at times it seems that way
I know he's still singing
That beautiful blackbird
