Black Rose Poem by Bellaina Bella Hernandez

Black Rose

Black Rose speaks many truths

What once was red
turns to black
once alive then dead
turns to ash
Things always said
meanings begin to lack

Petals eventually fall
no longer lushus flower
it's beauty once saw
and its glorious power
seen by all
their tearful showers

Intensely dark, cynical and powerful emotion in your poem.
