Black Hole!
The more we want,
The more we get,
The more we get,
The more we want,
Monstrous desires,
Giant ambitions,
Unsatisfactory hungers,
Boundless demands,
Our heart wants more,
Our soul dreams more,
We are no more man,
We have changed,
Inside ourself,
Only emptiness,
Our heart has been,
Hungry black hole...
this is slam bang! ! ! yes we will never have enough...there is no end to human demands, you expressed this solidly, great work! : D
This reminds me of what Gandiji had said, - The world has enough for man's need but not enough for his greed! I would like to modify this for our modern times, - The World still has enough to fed, but it is mostly in the hands of hoaders and blackmarketers, who feed corrupt politician's greed! A well written poem! - Raj Nandy
