Black Dog Poem by Drack Valentine

Black Dog

Rating: 5.0

When those gray clouds come rolling in
Following the day as it just begins
One listens carefully in there dreaded silence
To a black dog full of brooding and violence

When those cold winds come blowing in
Leaving you tired embracing your failings
One Listens carefully to a voice not so friendly
To a black dog who's annihilating

When those Days have finished digging in
And your souls finished wallowing
One looks forward to the next day
When that old black dog... goes away
