Black Butterflies Tonight
Impressive, Expressive, Depressive,
Black Butterflies fly by starless night,
And Feelings, that are out of sight,
Have a certain way of becoming aggressive,
A certain way of becoming, oppressive,
When you are alone, up tight,
Lonely, in the loveless night,
And Black Butterflies enter your soul,
Silently, causing such Fright!
Fluttering alone, flying only, by night....
Guess I know a lot about those black butterflies Sandra - but maybe tomorrow there'll be some colored ones. An interesting and novel poem, up to your usual very high standard.
