Black Poem by Victor Osorio

Black

Rating: 4.5

I sit beneath the sun
Surrounded by couples in love
I could feel their happiness
So why do I feel so alone
The sadness posions my mind
It starts spinning and spinning
How quick the clouds could cover the sun
How dark peoples hearts become
It drives away the love
The preacher said
'Be patient and trust god above'
These cold hands greet broken glass
My heart now washed in black
Tattooed everything
All the love gone bad
The little happiness I had
The boy who was always sad
All that I see and All that I'll be
The sun will find its way above
But it'll be washed in black
Tattooing everything below
Turning everybodys world to black.
