Biscuits Cafe Poem by Ronnie Terry

Biscuits Cafe

When your driving through the night
Fighting sleep and fatigue all the way,
Put your lights to blinking, as you swing in
At Biscuits beside the hill, Truck stop & Café.

When the snow is flying and the temperature falling
And your body feels like you have lost your way,
Just keep looking to the west side of the road
Stop in, at Biscuits beside the hill, Truck stop & Café.

When people ask about a good place to stop
To get good food and service, on their way,
Tell them to stop in for the American Homemade Burger
At Biscuits beside the hill, Truck stop & Café.

So I guess I had better get back into the truck
Get my little Tub, full of coffee, and get under way,
I’ll stop again the next time I get a chance
Here at Biscuits beside the hill, Truck stop & Café.
