Birth Poem by POOJA LADYLUCK

Birth

A REPLY TO Mr. ROBERT FROST'S POEM 'QUESTION'
{original:
voice says....luk me in the stars
and tell me.... truly men of earth
if all dis soul and body scars
are not too much to pay for birth}

Voice i look you in the eye
To tell you life's got no worth
All this hurt and pain of my heart
Is way too much to pay for birth......

we poets go through phases. this poem is complete contrast to your Celebrating sorrow. i will have to read Frost's poem. i think in one of my poems i wrote, birth is the first step towards death. you show lot of maturity. Mamta
