Yunus Emre

(1238-1320 / Turkey)

Bir Dürr-i Yetimem Ki

Bir dürr-i yetîmem ki görmedi beni umman,
Bir katreyem illâ ki ummâna benim umman.

Gel mevc-i acâyib gör, deryâyı nihan gözle,
Zî bahr-i nihâyet katrede olur pinhan.

Okuyamadı mevzun Leylî adını Mecnun,
Hem Leyli idim anda, hem Mecnun idim hayran

Bu âlem-i kesrette sen Yûsuf-u ben Yakub,
O alem-i vahdette ne Yûsuf u ne Kenan.

Dem vurmaz idi Mansur tevhid-i Enel Hak’tan,
Aşk dârına dost zülfü asmıştı beni üryan.

Adım Yunus olduğu bû cisim belâsıdır,
Âdım sorar olursan sultâna benim sultan.
