Beyond The Gloss



beyond the gloss of skins
those that these eyes cannot see
i shall know you
time shall test how true can i be
to you
i shed off all these pretenses
and be naked before you
i am old and bent
i shall kneel and pray
that soon when everything is over
shall you
forgive me.
