Beyond fight and flight

Beyond fight and flight or repression
Neutral dissipation and sublimation
Of anger or any negative energy
Is far better and safer, open and aware, a creative self -expression.

Fight and dumping anger on others leads to a damaging chain
Repression and control makes you in sensitive and dull with a hidden pain
Dissipate in any physical action or exercise
This is harmless neutral expression; and flight is humiliating cowardice!

Better still is to be open, aware and sensitive
Sublimate a negative force into creation powerful and positive
But this not taught by civilization, conventional morality and religion
Like an engine but not a string- pulled puppet, we must transform entropy and negative.
