Better Not Written Poem by Benjamin Paa Willie

Better Not Written

Rating: 5.0

When it comes to it
I would, about the eloquence
Of your speech, write
And the sparkles in your smile
And the diamonds in your eyes

But I fear lest some other mortal
Should read and doubt and contest
That such heavenly beauty
In earthly bodies cannot be found

Until then I shall whisper
Whenever my lips get near your ears
“You are my brightest Seraph.”
