I have been relentlessly trying
To erase you out of my mind
But you are so affable that
Have captured my mind entirely
And imprisoned me in the prison of your memory
Does not matter for you
I am awake or asleep
You are here with me all along
Either in my conscious state or in dreams
You have captivated my soul utterly since the day
I came across your adorable words
Blended with compassion, subtle feelings and loving emotions
I have nothing of my own now
As you have stolen away everything of me gingerly
A skeletal structure of flesh and blood
What else can aspire except
Dying each moment for your benign touch?
