Believe What You Will Poem by Carol Borsello

Believe What You Will

Just when I think some practical
Doom will crash upon my shore,
The storm abates; sun breaks, rainbows double.

It doesn’t pay to blink when you're
Looking into the eyes of Faith,
Or wave off the breath of Hope on your lips,
Or tell that charitable impulse to take a hike.
