Behind Close Doors. Poem by Sudhi Chavan

Behind Close Doors.

Rating: 5.0

Behind close doors rests a mystery,
A mystery never heard,
Behind close doors rests a paradise,
A paradise unexplored.

A place where all my dreams are true,
They lie before my eyes,
I can feel each moment that arrives,
With my open arms, in disguise.

I feel the feeling never felt before,
I need things never said before,
I want my breath to last forever,
To enjoy my world forever n forever.

I have no feelings of failure,
Nor do I come short of success,
I don’t need to wear that fake mask,
To give my guilt a cast.

There are no suffocating restrictions here,
No one to tell what to do,
There is no ruthless soul that resides,
To judge me for whatever I do.

This a little world of my own,
The world where I am the king,
The world where I have no barriers,
Until I decide to make a kill.

Behind close doors lies the truth,
The truth that only I know,
Behind close doors lies the true me,
The me, whom only I know…
