Beginning ''! !

The friendship has being broken
And through the silence
Becomes the tears
And all of the memories
That we have made
Will be now shadows
That will hold are fears

And the fears are that we are lovers
That are bound and to never too part
But to be unstuck, in this life
But with thread that will always join
Are hearts

But as are paths pass us
And are journeys takes us on
Will the friendship that we once have made
Live to grow back strong

Or will the day and nights
Be darkened, and still feel so long
But to the sound and thought of us weeping
To remember that song,

And if I was to spend the rest of my time
Waiting again for you
It would have the same smile upon on my face
And still saying
I love you

Now close your eyes and go to sleep
For you are in my arms forever to keep
XXX
Always babe’

Poem of the Day

poet Charles Stuart Calverley

He stood, a worn-out City clerk —

For forty years from dawn to dark —
Alone beside Caermarthen Bay.
