Begin The Hunt Poem by Jon M. Nelson

Begin The Hunt

You cannot find the rainbow,
Without waiting out the storm.
If you suffer the blizzard,
You'll appreciate the warm.

When you don't do your best,
You may feel at your worst.
If you start to feel the heat,
You'll need to fulfill your thirst.

You may be in the darkness,
In order to find the light.
And everything may go wrong,
Before something goes right.

Life can sometimes turn its back,
But you must put up a strong front.
Sometimes you may feel like prey,
Before you can begin the hunt.
