Bee Honey Poem by Abdulrasheed Dawodu

Bee Honey

From afar
I hear your buzzing
I draw closer
Befuddled by what it would be
Honey or bee

Amazing how you have it all
Your sweet taste
Your painful sting
I can't do away with you
You give me honey
You sting badly

How will I have your honey
If I can't stand you being a bee?
Please be honey with me
Never be a bee
