Bed And Room Change Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Bed And Room Change

They have moved me to another room,
Next to the window am I,
I watch the cars and people pass,
Where they go ~ I know not why.

The bus it stops outside my room,
Taking people to work and play,
With cars and vans passing fast and slow,
Never ending ~ night and day.

Today is Tuesday the Twenty Fifth
Of February Two Thousand and Fourteen,
Another day in my Life begins,
But my Future cannot be foreseen.

ALMIGHTY GOD who Rules this World,
And others in Constellations far,
Your never-ending work continues to grow,
Like your myriads of stars.

It is only You who knows Mankind’s Minds,
How they think and work each day,
If only they could think like YOU,
It would be easier to work and play.

25 February 2014.
