I can finally be myself,
But you are not in my life anymore,
So I feel like crying.

I hate you for leaving me,
BUt it was a choice you had to make,
We were so far apart,
But I guess you couldn't take the distance.

Because of you,
I'm in so much pain,
But my heart is tryin to heal,
From his break-up I'm enduring.

We had it working,
But you chose to end it,
We felt like friends,
But we wanted it to work out,
But I guess it couldn't.

Because of him,
I can finally relax,
Hes there when I need the protection,
Hes there when I need the comfort.

We been friends for so long,
He knows me better than I know myself,
Then he should of noticed I liked him,
But I guess hes not that far yet,
