Because Poem by Megan Collins

Because

Rating: 4.5

Because I love food,
i eat it everyday.
I make sure none goes to waste,
because that would be a disgrace.
I love food more then anything,
because it tastes better then everything.
In a bowl or with a fork,
I’d eat it anywhere, even in New York.
Because I love food,
i pray to it everyday.
Saying sorry for having to eat it.
But it should not accept my apology,
because it could even be put into a poetry anthology.
Because food is oh so good.

I liked it a lot. It's a current topic in life, written in funny and easy way to read that make you laught in the middle.
