Beauty Of Crimson Regret Poem by S.Perez S.Perez

Beauty Of Crimson Regret

Rating: 5.0

Beauty of Regret
Crimson traced intricate designs upon her grace
her breath faded with the shadows
Her hair laid a raven-clawed mess, beautifully torn
Intertwining with her moonlight skin
In her prime she was nothing less of Cleopatra
Murderous as a tiger with her tongue
I corrupted this magnificence
with my blade
Slicing through her skin as if it were paper
Her screams should have made me realize the wrong
Instead it powered me…

The loss of pulse made me regret everything I had done
A smile reminded still upon her, though alive it seemed
