If we take the time to look around
Such beauty we will see
Each season brings a special look
In this vast and wonderful country

The leaves of fall surround us
As they turn and then they die
But they soon will be replenished
Such beauty to the eye

Not only is our country beautiful
But freedom is ours as well
So many not as lucky
It makes the love in my heart swell

The splendor of the springtime
Is not too far away
But freedom is what we fight for
And we fight for it each day

So on this very special day
Let us thank our God above
And thank the folks who fight for us
Let’s send them all our love!
