Beautiful Flower Poem by Micron

Beautiful Flower

Rating: 5.0

The rays of the sun kissed, caressed her face
As she slowly awoke from her dark hiding place
Stretching petals opening at the start of the day
As the last of the night's darkness had gone away
Her outer petals no longer shut protecting her inner parts
For that is where she keeps her warm beautiful heart
Her inner soul centre now revealed to the warm sun
She sways in time in the gentle breeze her dancing begun
Her sweet perfume she sends forth all around
So that insects and people, her now have found
Butterflies bees now visit to admire her inner beauty for a while
And her scent and prettiness make passing people smile
Then as the light fades as the sun slowly dips in the sky
The moon slowly rises then she goes once again very shy
Protecting herself around her centre delicate petals she folds
Until the next day when her beauty we can again behold
