Be Secluded Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Be Secluded

Pull down eye lids
Wind mental strings
Mesmerize to one's own soul
Gets you to a kind of heavens

Listen to the heart beat
Feel the flow of blood
Smell your own breath
Taste your own tongue

View the natural serenity
Grasp the spacial vastness
Embrace universal warmth
Enthrall in celestial mode

Peacefully, there comes
The appeasing peace,
Peace, the supreme peace
Most welcomed mental peace!
