whenever you can
Don’t ignore
your fellow man
If you are asked to help
then do your part
Lend a hand
Give from the heart
If someone is sad
or feeling low
do what you can
to help their spirit soar
Pass on some comfort
Give a hug or a smile
Because we all have times
when we feel less than worthwhile
