Be It There Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Be It There

Rating: 5.0

Be it there

I had cried over mother’s death
I had witnessed son’s last breath too
Brother passed away just before eyes
The grief had not allowed me free

What was keeping me in bad mood?
Why everything was completely understood?
Why was I pained under such circumstances?
I had no such idea that had crossed mind at once

Yes, it had divine blessings as such
I was feeling tremendous pressure as much
It not only gave shock and ill treatment
But it had pleasure moment too

The arrival of beautiful flowers gave certain joy
Whole of the family members were ready to enjoy
It was to everybody’s surprise that I had first baby
They were much excited over my becoming daddy

As it is said openly and in all the forums
We need to maintain sanctity and decorum
Life comprises happy moments and tragic events too
Only one component in whole of the body withstands

Rest parts are sensitive but not like heart
Almighty has given complete freedom with an art
It cries, enjoys and reacts with kindness
The light is really reflected on the face

Personal glory may remain
But real love may cause pain
It may be hard to forget
So be it there and not to forget
