बौड़म जी बस में


बस में थी भीड़
और धक्के ही धक्के,
यात्री थे अनुभवी,
और पक्के ।
पर अपने बौड़म जी तो
अंग्रेज़ी में
सफ़र कर रहे थे,
धक्कों में विचर रहे थे ।
भीड़ कभी आगे ठेले,
कभी पीछे धकेले ।
इस रेलमपेल
और ठेलमठेल में,
आगे आ गए
धकापेल में ।
और जैसे ही स्टाप पर
उतरने लगे
कण्डक्टर बोला-
ओ मेरे सगे !
टिकिट तो ले जा !
बौड़म जी बोले-
चाट मत भेजा !
मैं बिना टिकिट के
भला हूँ,
सारे रास्ते तो
पैदल ही चला हूँ ।
