Barbwire Lash - By Request Poem by Gordon D Wilkinson

Barbwire Lash - By Request

Rating: 5.0

That barbwire did thrash
More painful than the lash
Not just here on my back
Everywhere under attack
Ears screaming with pain
Seared so deep in my brain
Lash followed lash
Head and hands together crash
Not really physical
That is just metaphysical
It is the wife’s cutting tongue
Makes me wish instead, I was hung

Hi Gord I followed that through thinking that it was another one of your early morning routines after the ice cold shower, Loved the twist at the end. Really good fun Steve
