Barack Obama, Thank You, For The Speech You Delivered Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Barack Obama, Thank You, For The Speech You Delivered

Thank you very much,
Barack Obama,
For the speech delivered you,
Religious freedom
Talked you about
Referring to the clause
Of our charter,
Religious tolerance
That bore we
Down the ages
Giving shelter to the people
Of different faiths,
But misread you
In delivering
As we are not
What you think about,
Maybe they,
But not so volatile
As think you
As ours is a composite culture,
So vast and varied
That you cannot judge it
At a glance.
