Baptizism Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Baptizism

I can only hold you for so long
until light turns to dark
my eyes close and my head
lays against yours
postponing every possible second
that time would allow us to have
through my prayers you are
everything I could ever hope
through our reality my soul yearns
to become more than what my
fantasies would allow to be
presented as content
is it a crime that my lips wish to be
the only blimish that covers your face
is it a crime that my fantasies allow
me to caress you in ways your body
may tingle to feel
to please you in any way possible
to hold you for more than a nights
time
til you begin to see' that theres
nothing that can keep you away from me
as we disappear into the nights
horizon
baptized against the winds
of each others breath
