* Why we should promote you as Band 4?

During the first day that I came here at IBM, I don't have any expectations. My goal as an employee is to do my reponsibilities for as far as I can. But now, my priority does not only pertain to myself but it's also to my fellow colleague. I am more competitive unlike before. It is a great experience to be part of this company. For almost one and a half years that I have worked in this company, I'm pleased to say that I'm one of the leading agents in our team. From the month of November last year up to this month, I'm still maintaining in perfect shape the four parameters of MIP which is Attendance, Quality Score, Productivity and Compliance and Work Place Security.

In terms of my attendance, I never had any issues relating to it. I have never been absent or tardy, much less overbreaks. I am very particular and consistent with this metric that is why I was given the chance to be appointed by our team as the person in charge of Attendance. I may be labelled as firm and inconsiderate but that is how the position is requiring me to be. Challenging it may seem but I know that this will be beneficial not only for me but for our team as a whole. As an employee working in a much secured company, I never had any problems concerning Compliance or work Place Security which is the most critical metric. My principle is just simple: Always follow rules and instructions so I can't go wrong.

I underwent upskill trainings in different line of businesses like File Attachment, Screening and Postal Log-on Audits, Redress Loans and Cards Admin, Monthly Premium and Legacy. I am also trained in product processes like Respond and Charter PPI and despite the challenges because of the change in systems; I was able to perform at the best of my potential.

In addition, I have been a 'Mini-Team Captains' for three consecutive times and was tasked to resume the position until January next year. As part of the responsibilities of being a Team Captain, I have to ensure that my group is still doing their best not only for themselves but also for the entire Team. I value teamwork in as much as I value integrity. A team will never be a team if the members are not good followers and I believe that everyone has an innate leader within us. To be honest, my job as a Team Captain is not really new for me. Even in my previous company, I was in fact, one of the Assistant Team Leaders of our team. That gives me the confidence to do tasks assigned to me and the motivation to carry out well in my current position. Our harwork actually has been recognized. It is with great pride that I can say that the team that I have handled had been the best team for two consecutive months. I also became the Top Performer for the month of September.

An employee's career is very multi-faceted. To be promoted, you should be highly productive, highly competitive, flexible and passionate towards work. I am proud to say that I comprise all these qualifications. That is why I deserve to be promoted because I know that I have shared my knowledge and skills that I have learned from experiences and above all these, I want to say that despite my impairrment, I have proven to everybody that I am not only able to do things but I can be great and can go further places. IBM has enhanced my confidence and made me the better person that I am and will be in the future.
