Balancing Life And Death Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Balancing Life And Death

Softened shades of gray falling into my heart,
filling it with sadness held interiorly by
throes of grief and loss of loved ones.

Balancing life, trying hard to grieve and hold
onto life in the same moment.

So difficult at times to live and want to die
just to be with family members who have passed
on before me.
